CTR Driving School Policies

Appointments/Scheduling
1. Students are responsible for calling to schedule their 3 lessons. If you'd like to have your last appointment close to your license exam date, please give us ample notice. We are often booked 2-3 weeks in advance and can not always book last minute appointments.

2. Appointments will be made no sooner than one week apart. This is to allow time for the student to practice what has been taught the previous lesson.

3. Students must have their permit at each appointment. A copy or fax will not work. Please advice the office if you do not have or cannot find it so we can reschedule for another time.

4. Parent ride-a-longs are up to the instructor's discretion. "Back seat drivers" are discouraged.

5. You can expect the lesson availability to be as follows:

• During the fall and spring high school sports seasons:
  
  • Weekday evenings (typically 5:30-6:00) and Saturdays

• During the winter sport season:
  
  • After school on weekdays and on Saturdays.

• During the summer:
  
  • Mornings, Monday - Saturday

Payment Information
6. If paid in full, payment must be made prior to or at the first appointment. If on the payment plan, installments are accepted at each lesson.

7. We accept checks and cash. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for the full amount through PayPal only. Go to www.ctrdrivingschool.com to pay online.

8. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.

Cancellations
9. No show appointments will be charged $25. The appointment will be rescheduled after fee is paid.

10. We ask that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled after that time are subject to a $25 fee, if a replacement cannot be found.

Miscellaneous
11. Students are picked up and dropped off at home, unless other arrangements are made with the office.

12. We do not offer services to students for their DMV Driver's License exam.

13. Extra Help lessons are available for an additional fee. Contact the office or visit our website for more information.
